What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 8 Software Engineers, guiding them in scaling Snyk's next-gen DAST solution. You will be accountable for co-developing the team roadmap and supporting the technical direction of projects. Your role will involve onboarding new team members and ensuring they contribute effectively from the start. You will provide constructive feedback to your direct reports, helping them build on their strengths and address areas for development. You will also facilitate the team's learning and adaptation to agile and lean methodologies, ensuring they understand the importance of balancing delivery speed with product quality.
