Socure is seeking an Analytics Engineer to enhance the BI team's technical infrastructure. You'll work with Snowflake, dbt, and GitLab CI/CD to ensure scalable and reliable data workflows. This role requires experience in data engineering and analytics.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in analytics engineering, with experience in building and maintaining BI systems that are scalable and reliable. You understand the importance of data governance and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all data workflows align with broader data architecture principles. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Data Engineering, to deliver clean and analytics-ready data. Your technical skills include proficiency in tools like Snowflake and dbt, and you are familiar with CI/CD practices using GitLab. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your work and are motivated by solving complex problems.
Desirable
Experience with scheduling frameworks and ingestion tooling is a plus, as is familiarity with data pipeline reliability and governance standards. You are also open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the BI environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and evolve the BI team's technical infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are aligned with the company's data platform strategy. You will develop curated data layers and maintain pipeline reliability, which is crucial for enabling efficient downstream analytics across dashboards and reporting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Data Engineering to manage source-to-mesh pipelines and ensuring that the BI environment remains scalable and maintainable.
