Who you are

You have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) operations, particularly within the public sector. Your experience includes managing compliance efficiency and audit readiness, and you are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to operationalize regulatory requirements. You thrive in environments that require critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You understand the complexities of frameworks like FedRAMP and GovRAMP and are committed to maintaining high standards in compliance management.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various teams, including Security, Engineering, IT, and Legal. Your ability to automate workflows and drive measurable improvements in compliance processes is a key asset. You are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership over your work, ensuring that all compliance activities are executed with precision.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of external Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) assessments. You will manage vulnerability remediation efforts and ensure continuous monitoring of compliance activities. Your work will involve preparing evidence and documentation necessary for audits, helping Socure meet rigorous compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with various teams to operationalize regulatory requirements and enhance the GRC strategy for Socure's public sector business.

You will also play a crucial role in shaping the compliance landscape within the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of compliance operations and the overall success of the public sector business. You will be expected to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that the organization adapts accordingly.
