You are comfortable using multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with SoFi Members. Your ability to listen actively and empathize with customers allows you to take ownership of their concerns and guide them to satisfactory resolutions. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all correspondence is accurately documented after each interaction.
