What you'll do
As a Member Service Representative at SoFi, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading customer service for various financial service products, including banking, investment, and credit card accounts. You will respond to inbound inquiries from SoFi Members across multiple communication channels, primarily through phone and chat. Your role will involve taking ownership of member concerns and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
You will accurately document correspondence after each interaction, maintaining clear records of member inquiries and resolutions. Your ability to balance efficiency with quality service will be crucial in achieving high customer satisfaction.
