What you'll do

As a Member Support Representative at Foodsmart, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guiding them through their inquiries related to food benefits and our digital platform. You will assist members with registration, scheduling appointments, and understanding their food benefits. Your role will involve demonstrating a strong sense of personal accountability and urgency in finding resolutions to member issues. You will work closely with a team of Registered Dietitians and other support staff to ensure that our members receive the best possible assistance on their journey to healthier eating.
