Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on driving growth through data analysis and experimentation. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, while your proficiency in Python and R enables you to build predictive models and conduct complex analyses. You are skilled in creating visualizations using Tableau, helping to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You understand the importance of defining success metrics and have experience in establishing measurement frameworks that support business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to conduct customer segmentation and price elasticity analyses, optimizing member acquisition strategies with data-driven insights. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results. What you'll do
As a Senior Data Scientist on the Member Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and accelerating member growth across various initiatives. You will define and own core growth KPIs, ensuring that the team has clear metrics to track performance. Building and maintaining reliable dashboards will be a key responsibility, allowing stakeholders to visualize data and make informed decisions. You will establish tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of growth strategies and conduct experiments to test new ideas. Your work will involve customer segmentation analyses to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts. You will also analyze price elasticity to inform pricing strategies and improve member acquisition economics. Collaborating with product and marketing teams, you will provide insights that shape the direction of growth initiatives and enhance member engagement.
