What you'll do

As the BU Leader for At Work, you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for the employer channel. You will hold direct P&L responsibility, ensuring the financial performance of the business unit meets or exceeds expectations. Your role will involve setting clear direction and outcomes for your team, driving accountability, and developing talent within the organization.
