You have a strong background in mortgage processing and management, with a focus on training and developing team members to achieve high performance. Your experience includes ensuring compliance with mortgage guidelines and service level agreements, which is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. You excel in communication and are adept at resolving escalations with borrowers and loan officers, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Your ability to conduct new hire orientations and performance reviews demonstrates your commitment to team development and operational excellence. You stay current with changes in investor and agency guidelines, ensuring your team is always informed and compliant.
What you'll do
As the Mortgage Processing Manager, you will oversee the Processing Team, acting as the single point of contact for members in operations. Your responsibilities will include daily training on mortgage guidelines and processing skills, ensuring that all loans are processed within specified service level agreements. You will work closely with Loan Officers and Sales Managers to address any loan quality concerns, handling escalations with professionalism and promptness.
You will be responsible for interviewing potential processor candidates, providing coaching, and promoting a professional team effort. Conducting performance planning and reviews, as well as managing disciplinary actions and terminations, will be key aspects of your role. You will also keep processors updated on changes in investor and agency guidelines, ensuring that your team is always aligned with industry standards.
