Who you are
You are a Learning Specialist with a strong background in adult learning methodologies, capable of engaging and motivating new employees as they begin their journey with SoFi. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about developing agents to enhance their skills and performance. Your experience includes working with various levels of management and providing constructive feedback to improve training outcomes. You are innovative and solution-oriented, always ready to tackle challenges and adapt to the needs of your learners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support new hires and facilitate skills-based classes for front-line contact center agents across all product lines offered by SoFi. You will manage classroom logistics, ensuring that all materials are prepared and that the learning environment is conducive to engagement. Your responsibilities will include coaching and developing agents during their early tenure, as well as providing ongoing learning opportunities as they progress in their roles. You will collaborate with management to identify training needs and offer feedback to policy writers and designers to enhance classroom outcomes. Your role is crucial in shaping the learning experience and ensuring that agents are well-equipped to serve SoFi's members effectively.
