What you'll do

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning strategy development, from design to implementation. You will work closely with the Safe & Secure Support Team to assess training needs and create programs that ensure all associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a safe and secure work environment. You will collaborate with various departments to integrate learning initiatives into broader organizational goals and objectives. Your role will involve evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven decisions to enhance their impact. You will also play a key role in crisis management training and risk mitigation processes, ensuring that all associates are prepared for any challenges they may face.
