Uber is hiring a Learning Specialist IV to lead training programs and maximize sales effectiveness across their BPO partner network. This role requires deep sales enablement expertise and a commitment to elevating revenue performance.

You have a strong background in sales enablement, with a proven track record of maximizing sales effectiveness and quality across various platforms. Your experience includes conducting training sessions and developing training materials that align with strategic sales goals. You are passionate about elevating revenue performance and have a knack for inspiring others through your knowledge and expertise. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead training and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for BPO trainers, focusing on a comprehensive 10-day onboarding program. You will collaborate closely with the Community Operations Learning team and Digital Sales Operations to ensure that training programs are aligned with performance metrics and process efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing training content, assessing training effectiveness, and continuously improving training methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will also spend dedicated time traveling to various outsourcing BPO partners to conduct these training sessions, ensuring that all trainers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
