You possess an aptitude for data, language, and technology, which enables you to analyze member interactions and drive improvements in the AI Coach product. Your passion for helping members is evident in your commitment to delivering positive experiences and actionable solutions.
What you'll do
As an AI Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in the continuous improvement of our AI Coach product. You will review member interactions with the Coach chat daily to evaluate quality and report on overall performance. Your insights will help shape the customer care, compliance, quality, engineering, and operations efficiency groups. You will consistently drive actionable solutions that enhance member experiences and contribute to the overall success of SoFi's innovative financial services. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the AI Coach product meets the needs of our members and aligns with the company's mission to transform personal finance.
