Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that you are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance member satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the evolution of crypto servicing operations by identifying gaps and helping to scale solutions as the business grows. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Crypto Servicing to build effective and efficient processes that enhance the member experience when trading crypto with SoFi. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current operations, proposing improvements, and implementing changes that align with the company's goals. You will also be involved in risk assessment and management, ensuring that all operations comply with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the crypto servicing experience is seamless and user-friendly. This includes working with technology teams to implement new tools and systems that facilitate better service delivery. You will also participate in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
