What you'll do

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at SoFi, you will evaluate initial loan applications and documentation to confirm creditworthiness and ability to repay. You will complete an initial analysis of applicants’ credit and income, verifying decisions and communicating these to the applicants. Your role involves performing outbound calls to applicants, ensuring the receipt of required documentation to move loans through the sales process to funding successfully. You will communicate critical origination timelines, product offerings, pricing, and underwriting requirements to all applicants, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
