You are an experienced leader with a strong background in product development, particularly in the financial services sector. You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, trading, risk, compliance, and operations. You understand the complexities of building and evolving a brokerage platform, and you are adept at balancing innovation with risk management and customer experience. Your hands-on approach ensures that you remain engaged with the product development process from conception to delivery.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for SoFi's trading and brokerage offerings. You will define success metrics and product outcomes, ensuring that the products not only meet regulatory requirements but also provide a seamless user experience.
