Who you are

You are an experienced product leader with a proven track record in managing product development, particularly in the financial services sector. With at least 5 years of experience, you have a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, allowing you to prioritize opportunities effectively. Your strategic mindset enables you to set ambitious goals and hold yourself and your teams accountable for delivering results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to create industry-leading customer experiences. Your ability to leverage new technologies to engage users is a key asset in your role.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology-driven product development is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on your goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative features that enhance the financial lives of SoFi's members. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
