You are proactive in leading technical discovery and pre-sales processes, helping to accelerate employer time-to-value. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical discovery process, working closely with employer partners to understand their benefit objectives and constraints. You will design and deliver integrations that power financial wellness benefits, such as Student Loan Contributions and Emergency Savings. Your responsibilities will include scoping solutions, architecting data flows, and leading implementations that ensure the reliability and compliance of these integrations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the solutions you deliver meet the needs of both the employer and the members. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to employer partners, helping them to maximize the value of the integrations you implement.
