You possess a strong ability to motivate and support clients of varying skill levels, ensuring they feel empowered during their workouts. You are adaptable and can think quickly on your feet, providing personalized attention in a group setting. While prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, a genuine passion for fitness and helping others is essential. You are eager to undergo comprehensive training to become a part of the solidcore coaching team.
What you'll do
As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on low-impact, full-body workouts. Your role involves educating clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they understand how to maximize their workouts safely and effectively. You will create an inspiring atmosphere where clients feel motivated to push through challenges and discover their capabilities. You will also participate in solidcore's comprehensive training program, which emphasizes individualized support and fosters strong relationships within the coaching team. Your commitment to client success will be paramount as you help build a supportive community.
