Solidcore is hiring a Core Crew member to provide front desk and sales support. You'll be responsible for generating sales and promoting the studio in Aventura, FL. This is a part-time position with varying hours.

You are an energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable handling front desk responsibilities while assisting with sales. Your professionalism and patience contribute to creating a positive experience for clients and team members alike.
You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to support the Head Coach and Community Manager in achieving studio goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will help foster a welcoming atmosphere at the studio.
What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and assisting with their inquiries. You will manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in process and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your role will also involve promoting the studio's services and generating sales through effective communication and engagement with clients.
You will work closely with the Head Coach and Community Manager to support various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of the studio. Your flexibility in working hours will allow you to adapt to the studio's schedule and meet the needs of the team and clients.
