What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching an average of eleven classes per week, ensuring that each session reflects the [solidcore] brand and values. You will lead by example, demonstrating the techniques and standards that you expect from your team. Your role will also involve mentoring new coaches, providing them with the support and training they need to excel in their positions.

You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that enhance the studio's success and contribute to [solidcore]'s mission of becoming the fastest growing boutique fitness studio. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both clients and staff, ensuring that everyone feels valued and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
