You are an experienced coach with a passion for fitness and community building — you understand the importance of creating an exceptional experience for clients and fostering a supportive environment for your team. You have a proven track record of leading classes and providing constructive feedback to help others grow in their coaching abilities. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in a role where you can inspire and motivate others.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with clients and team members alike — you know how to convey the values of the [solidcore] brand and ensure that everyone feels welcomed and valued in the studio. You are adaptable and can handle the dynamic nature of a fitness environment, always ready to step in and support your team as needed.
What you'll do
As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for coaching an average of ten classes per week, ensuring that each session meets the high standards set by [solidcore]. You will lead by example, demonstrating the qualities of an exceptional coach and setting the benchmark for your team. Your role will involve providing ongoing development for coaches, offering consistent feedback, and supporting new coach training initiatives.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that drive studio success and enhance the overall community experience. This includes organizing community events, fostering relationships with clients, and promoting the [solidcore] brand within the local area. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive studio culture, ensuring that all team members feel supported and empowered to deliver their best.
