What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing front desk support and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will assist the Head Coach and Community Manager with administrative tasks and sales initiatives. Your role will involve engaging with clients, answering their questions, and promoting studio offerings to enhance their experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive environment that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
