Your experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, has equipped you with the skills necessary to manage employee data effectively and streamline HR processes. You are passionate about supporting people operations and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in enhancing organizational efficiency.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner closely with stakeholders across various departments including HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions is a key strength, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition during system implementations. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for system optimization and are committed to delivering actionable insights through data analysis.

Desirable

Experience with data migration and building reports and dashboards is a plus. Familiarity with HR transformation projects will further enhance your ability to contribute to our mission of building best-in-class HR infrastructure.

What you'll do

As a Workday HRIS Analyst at Solidcore, you will play a pivotal role in our HR transformation initiative. You will be responsible for the implementation of Workday across the organization, ensuring that the system is configured to meet our business needs. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and conduct thorough testing to ensure a seamless transition from our current systems.

You will manage data migration processes, ensuring that employee data is accurately transferred and optimized within the new system. Your analytical capabilities will be crucial as you build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. You will also be involved in training team members on the new system and providing ongoing support to ensure that the HR infrastructure continues to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
