What you'll do

As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for coaching an average of eleven classes per week, ensuring that each session meets the high standards set by [solidcore]. You will provide ongoing support and development for your coaching team, offering consistent feedback and guidance during new coach trainings. Your role will involve setting the tone for the studio, creating an environment that encourages both clients and coaches to excel.

You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that drive studio success and enhance the overall client experience. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the studio's reputation as a premier fitness destination. You will also engage with the community, promoting the [solidcore] brand and its mission to potential clients.
