You are an experienced coach with a passion for fitness and community building — you understand the importance of creating an exceptional experience for clients and leading by example. You have a proven track record of coaching and developing others, ensuring that your team meets the highest standards of performance and engagement.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to provide constructive feedback and support to your team effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to fostering a positive culture within the studio. What you'll do
As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for coaching an average of ten classes per week, delivering a best-in-class experience for all participants. You will set the standards for other coaches to follow, ensuring that they embody the qualities of exceptional coaching. Your role will involve providing high-level coach development, offering consistent feedback, and supporting new coach training sessions.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to support the studio's success and contribute to [solidcore]'s mission of being the fastest-growing boutique fitness studio. Your responsibilities will include monitoring class performance, engaging with the community, and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
