What you'll do
As a Full-Time Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the use of our resistance-based machines while motivating them to push through challenging workouts. You will create an inspiring atmosphere where clients feel supported and accountable.
You will participate in Solidcore's comprehensive training program, which is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role. You will work closely with training managers who are dedicated to your success, providing feedback and tracking your progress.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company as it expands.
