You have a proven track record in sales development, with experience leading teams and driving performance metrics. Your ability to build strong partnerships between SDRs and Account Executives is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at using analytics to optimize sales funnels. You are passionate about coaching and developing talent, ensuring your team is equipped to meet their targets. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving sales goals. You are results-driven and have a strong focus on outbound pipeline generation, ensuring that your team effectively qualifies inbound leads.
What you'll do
As the SDR Manager for EMEA & APJ, you will lead and coach regional SDR teams, focusing on building a high-performing culture. You will drive activity-based performance, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their targets. You will analyze sales data to optimize every stage of the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain strong partnerships. You will be responsible for developing training programs that enhance the skills of your SDRs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You will also play a key role in scaling the SDR function, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in the region.
