Who you are

You are an experienced Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of success in outbound sales. You have a passion for coaching and motivating others, helping them to reach their full potential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on a leadership role within a growing company. You understand the importance of setting high standards and leading by example, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds their targets.

You possess strong communication skills and can effectively run one-on-ones, call reviews, and role-plays to develop your team's skills. You are data-driven and understand how to analyze performance metrics to improve the sales process. You are excited about the opportunity to work closely with the SDR Manager and the wider Revenue team to scale outbound efforts and enhance the quality of leads generated.

What you'll do

As the SDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a pod of SDRs, providing day-to-day coaching and support. You will set the bar for outbound excellence, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed. You will conduct regular one-on-ones and call reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help your team members improve their performance.

You will collaborate with the SDR Manager to develop strategies for scaling the outbound motion and improving the quality of leads. You will play a key role in laying the foundations for future team growth, identifying opportunities for development and expansion within the team. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive and productive team culture, where everyone feels valued and motivated to achieve their goals.
