Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable insights for both the client and SonarSource. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the developer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, helping them navigate their use of Sonar's solutions to prevent code quality and security issues. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored recommendations that align with their goals. Your focus will be on increasing customer satisfaction and reducing escalations by ensuring that clients are using the latest versions of Sonar's products effectively.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts, ensuring they see the value in Sonar's offerings. By engaging with clients regularly, you will gather feedback that can influence Sonar's product roadmap, ensuring that the solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of your accounts. Your role will involve a mix of technical advisory work and customer success initiatives, making you a vital part of the SonarSource team.
