You have a strong technical background in code quality and experience as a Product Manager β you understand the needs of developers and can translate those into actionable product features. You are passionate about creating products that developers love, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in various programming languages allows you to become an expert user of Sonar's products, ensuring that they meet the needs of users effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to clarify and prioritize developer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are adept at conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that the roadmap aligns with user expectations. Your ability to analyze technical aspects of product features helps you drive improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
What you'll do
As a Technical Product Manager at SonarSource, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap for SonarQube Cloud, SonarQube Server, and SonarQube for IDE. You will work closely with the Product Management team to define product strategies that enhance code quality offerings. Your role will involve researching and prioritizing the needs of developers, translating those needs into product features that improve reliability and maintainability.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet the expected outcomes, delivering the best products to help development teams write better and more secure code. Your deep knowledge of code quality will guide your decision-making process, allowing you to advocate for features that resonate with users. You will also engage in user testing and feedback sessions to refine product offerings continuously.
