Who you are
You are a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Idaho with at least two years of clinical and prescribing experience. You understand the importance of building a sustainable practice and are ready to invest time and effort into your professional growth. You view your practice as a primary professional priority and are committed to providing exceptional psychiatric care. You thrive in collaborative environments and appreciate the value of peer consultation and ongoing professional development. You are adaptable and can manage your schedule to accommodate office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice settings. You maintain clinical autonomy while valuing the support provided for practice development and business operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching. You will treat your practice as a priority, ensuring that you invest in the foundational elements that drive long-term success. You will collaborate with a physician and participate in weekly office hours for peer consultation. You will have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether it be office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while benefiting from comprehensive business support, including credentialing and billing assistance. Your responsibilities will include managing your caseload effectively and ensuring that you provide personalized treatment approaches rooted in evidence-based care.
