What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire lifecycle of health system partnership development, from initial outreach to activation. You will identify potential health system partners, engage them through tailored outreach strategies, and qualify their readiness for referral partnerships. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within health systems, ensuring they are equipped to refer clients to SonderMind effectively.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also track partnership performance metrics and provide insights to improve referral flows and partnership effectiveness. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in partnership development, particularly in the mental health space.
