What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on practice growth by committing at least two days a week to develop your caseload. You will receive dedicated coaching and thoughtful client matching to help you build your ideal practice. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will also participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations for ongoing professional development.

You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Your responsibilities will include managing patient relationships, ensuring high-quality care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes. You will also be involved in the business aspects of your practice, benefiting from comprehensive support that includes free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions.
