What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will benefit from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will have access to weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, for peer consultation and ongoing professional development. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clinical excellence while managing your schedule to ensure a balanced workload.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a network of experienced PMHNPs, sharing insights and strategies for practice growth. You will be responsible for developing your practice, focusing on building a sustainable model that prioritizes patient care. You will also engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on best practices in psychiatric care.
