What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations and ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills.

Your responsibilities will include treating patients with a focus on evidence-based care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and investing time in practice development. You will also be responsible for managing your billing and credentialing processes, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional psychiatric care. You will be part of a supportive community that values your expertise and encourages your growth as a practitioner.
