What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Regional VP and Country Director to define and implement strategies that enhance Agoda's market presence. You will be responsible for driving the local implementation of global initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company's overall objectives. Your analytical support will be crucial in solving complex problems and identifying new opportunities for the business. You will set relevant KPIs and motivate your team to achieve them, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

You will lead strategic projects, prioritizing them based on their potential impact on the business. You will also be involved in regular performance reviews, analyzing results and making recommendations for improvements.
