What you'll do

As a Customer Support Associate for Starlink, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their satellite internet service. You will triage and troubleshoot customer issues across various channels, including digital and voice communications. Your role will involve providing technical support related to hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions. You will analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with internal teams to refine troubleshooting workflows and address root-cause issues.
