What you'll do

In this role, you will triage and resolve customer issues across various channels, including digital and voice. You will be the face of Starlink, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support. You will analyze customer interactions to identify trends and gaps in service, using this information to design interventions that enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows and surface product and process issues. Your role will involve being a relentless advocate for the customer within SpaceX, ensuring their voices are heard in business decisions.
