Your strong communication skills enable you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and metrics. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, allowing you to identify and address issues proactively.

What you'll do

As a Data Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and key metrics for the Direct to Cell network, which aims to provide seamless connectivity for LTE devices globally. You will build and maintain mission-critical infrastructure and tools that assess the performance and scalability of the network. Collaborating closely with engineering leaders and subsystem engineers, you will ensure that the Direct to Cell program meets its ambitious growth targets.

You will design and implement data pipelines that facilitate the collection and analysis of key performance indicators, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions. Your role will involve working with various external partners to integrate their systems and ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring data quality and implementing best practices for data governance.
