What you'll do

As the Manager of Equipment and Automation Engineering, you will lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation systems for solar cell production. You will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment projects, from concept through commissioning, ensuring that all projects meet budgetary and timeline constraints.

You will collaborate closely with production, process engineering, and supply chain teams to identify equipment needs and develop solutions that improve yield, reduce cycle times, and minimize downtime in satellite manufacturing lines. Your role will involve implementing data-driven improvements using tools like PLC programming and SCADA systems to enable predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring.

In addition to technical leadership, you will be responsible for vendor management and conducting root-cause analysis for equipment failures. You will foster a culture of safety and quality within your team, ensuring that all engineering practices align with industry standards.
