You possess a strong understanding of automation technologies and are familiar with tools like PLC programming, SCADA systems, and IoT sensors. Your hands-on leadership style enables you to drive innovation in equipment reliability and scalability while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You thrive in high-stakes environments and are adept at problem-solving and rapid iteration.
Desirable
Experience in solar cell manufacturing or similar high-volume production environments is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven improvement methodologies and predictive maintenance strategies will set you apart. What you'll do
As the Manager of Equipment and Automation Engineering, you will lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation systems for solar cell production. You will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment projects, from concept through commissioning, ensuring that all projects meet budgetary and timeline constraints.
You will collaborate closely with production, process engineering, and supply chain teams to identify equipment needs and develop solutions that improve yield, reduce cycle times, and minimize downtime in satellite manufacturing lines.
