Experience in the satellite internet or telecommunications industry is a plus. What you'll do
As the Starlink Growth Lead, you will own consumer subscriber acquisition and growth across Arizona. Your primary responsibility will be to build and execute local growth strategies through partnerships, sales, affiliates, field marketing, events, and other awareness initiatives. You will serve as Starlinkβs on-the-ground growth owner, accountable for scaling adoption and expanding broadband access to households and communities.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to refine growth strategies continually. You will also engage with local communities to understand their needs and tailor initiatives that effectively address them.
In this position, you will report on growth metrics and provide insights to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your ability to adapt strategies based on performance data will be crucial in achieving success in this role. You will also represent Starlink at local events and forums, advocating for the benefits of high-speed internet access.
