You have a strong background in business development and sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in consumer technology or telecommunications. You are execution-focused and highly motivated, with a proven track record of building scalable growth strategies. Your creativity and hustle enable you to operate independently while driving significant impact in your region.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including local partners and marketing teams. You are comfortable analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform your growth strategies. Your ability to think strategically while executing tactically sets you apart as a leader in growth initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Starlink Growth Lead, you will own the consumer subscriber acquisition strategy for Colorado. You will be responsible for building and executing local growth strategies through partnerships, sales, field marketing, and events. Your role will involve identifying and establishing relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive awareness and adoption of Starlink services.
You will analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach underserved communities. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will create initiatives that resonate with potential customers and drive engagement. You will also track and report on the effectiveness of your strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
In this role, you will serve as the on-the-ground growth owner for Starlink, accountable for scaling broadband access to households and communities across Colorado. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding internet access in rural and underserved areas, making a meaningful impact on the lives of many.
