You have a strong background in business development and sales, ideally within the consumer technology or telecommunications sectors. Your experience includes developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your creativity and hustle enable you to identify and leverage local partnerships effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate with various stakeholders, including local businesses and community organizations. You understand the importance of building relationships and can navigate complex environments to achieve growth objectives. Your analytical mindset helps you assess market opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

What you'll do

As the Starlink Growth Lead, you will own the consumer subscriber acquisition strategy for the state of Nevada. This involves building and executing local growth initiatives through partnerships, sales, field marketing, and events. You will be responsible for scaling adoption of Starlink's broadband services in rural and underserved communities, ensuring that more households gain access to high-speed internet.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences and drive awareness of Starlink's offerings. Your role will require you to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize growth. You will also represent Starlink at local events, engaging with potential customers and partners to promote the service.
