Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate growth strategies effectively and inspire others to join your mission.

What you'll do

As the Starlink Growth Lead, you will own consumer subscriber acquisition and growth across the state of Kansas. Your primary responsibility will be to build and execute local growth strategies that leverage partnerships, sales, affiliates, field marketing, events, and other initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of Starlink's broadband services. You will serve as the on-the-ground growth owner for the state, accountable for scaling adoption and expanding broadband access to households and communities.

You will collaborate closely with the Growth Team to align on strategies and share insights from the field. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to refine growth tactics and ensure they resonate with the target audience. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
