What you'll do
As the Starlink Growth Lead, you will own consumer subscriber acquisition and growth across Montana. You will be responsible for building and executing local growth strategies through partnerships, sales, affiliates, field marketing, events, and other awareness initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience. You will analyze market trends and consumer feedback to refine strategies and ensure successful execution.
You will serve as Starlinkβs on-the-ground growth owner for the state, accountable for scaling adoption and expanding broadband access to households and communities. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with local businesses and organizations to foster partnerships that drive growth. You will also be tasked with organizing events and initiatives that raise awareness about Starlink's offerings and benefits.
In this role, you will leverage your creativity to design innovative marketing strategies that engage potential subscribers. You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, using data to inform decisions and optimize future campaigns. Your ability to adapt and pivot strategies based on real-time feedback will be crucial to your success in this position.
