Experience with satellite communication systems or similar applications would be a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to RF design is also beneficial. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your design capabilities.

What you'll do

As a Senior BAW Filter Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire design process of BAW filters, from initial concept through to production. This includes defining specifications, conducting simulations, and validating designs through rigorous testing. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and teams to ensure that your designs integrate well with existing systems and meet the performance criteria set forth by the project. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product meets the high standards expected at SpaceX. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance the performance and manufacturability of BAW filters.
