What you'll do

As a Yield Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing RF test solutions that correlate with front-end wafer-level performance. You will manage test workflows, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. Your role will involve analyzing test data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving process enhancements across wafer probe and final test operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that yield targets are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink mission.

You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your analytical skills to propose and implement solutions that enhance product quality and reliability. Your insights will be crucial in refining testing methodologies and ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout the production process.
