What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for all facilities operations, including general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, landscaping, waste management, and site improvements. Your primary goal will be to deliver zero unplanned disruptions for over 1,000 residents and critical Starship operations. You will manage third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and optimizing contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining exceptional service levels. You will also develop, plan, and execute strategic site improvement projects that align with business goals, enhancing both residential and amenity offerings.
