You have a strong professional surveying background and hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced construction environment — you've successfully managed field crews and contractors while ensuring project goals are met. Your expertise in land surveying and site layout allows you to effectively coordinate construction activities and maintain high standards of quality control.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with engineering, construction, and management teams — you understand the importance of accuracy and schedule adherence in construction projects. Your ability to establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks is second nature to you, ensuring that all surveying activities are executed flawlessly.
You thrive in high-impact environments where your leadership can make a significant difference — you are adept at planning, implementing, and enforcing site logistics and survey workflows to support broader project goals. What you'll do
As a Construction Superintendent at SpaceX, you will oversee the day-to-day site management of a high-impact construction project focused on the Starship Launch Pad.
